Terms and Conditions

The MailSync is a connection from a designated CRM software system (LetMC.com) to MailChimp.com API.

MailSync calls and imports contact information from the CRM and imports to MailChimp.

By visiting the MailSync setup website via www.innovagent.property and adding a CRM (LetMC) and MailChimp API keys you agree that you are governed by the legally binding terms and conditions described in these MailSync Terms and Conditions.

If you are agreeing to these Terms of Use on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company or organization to these Terms of Use, and the terms "you" and "your" will refer to that company or organization.

IF YOU USE THE MAILSYNC, YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.

  • 1.0 The MailSync Service
  • 1.1 With MailSync, you can access contact groups including the email address in your CRM (LetMC.com), and you can select which contact groups to sync into MailChimp.com
  • 2.0 Payment for MailSync
  • 2.1 Payment for MailSync is a monthly subscription payable in advance.
  • 2.2 Payment is securely handled on behalf of XXXX depending on the chosen monthly subscription option.
  • 2.3 Your card details are never sent to Innovagent.Property. XXXXX are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.
  • 3.0 Termination
  • 3.1 The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above, none payment of monthly subscription or fail to comply with MailChimp terms and conditions.
  • 4.0 Warranty
  • 4.1 The MailSync is provided on a connecting between to software platform service basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of; accuracy, data permissions, duplications, automatic subscription upgrades charges by your CRM (LetMC), or automatic upgrade charges by MailChimp.
  • 4.2 BY USING MailChimp, YOU ARE BOUND BY MailChimpS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SET OUT IN https://MailChimp.com/legal/terms/
  • 4.3 INOVAGENT.PROPERTY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
  • 5.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • 5.1 This Agreement will be governed by English and Welsh law and both parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
